Non-customized orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
As customized orders are made to your specifications, they are final sale and not eligible for return. Should there be an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will work with you to resolve it.
At Touchpoint, orders are processed within 3-7 business days depending on order size and customization.
